For my Cousins 30th birthday his siblings got together and wrote a poem using the letters of his name for a launching pad.

D is for Dedicated..Your dedication to your family is unmatched by anyone
A is for Always...You are always there for us and you are Always so much fun...
Etc. Etc.
Its a good way to have a starting point for rolling a lot of compliments into a fun and easy momento.
The printed it up very nicely and framed it with a favorite picture of all of them.
It was a very loved present.
